Getting Started

Accessing the Auction

Auckland: aucklandcloud.ufg.co.nz/live
Wellington: wellingtoncloud.ufg.co.nz/live
Christchurch: christchurchcloud.ufg.co.nz/live

Use your account number as your username and your existing password.

Understanding the Auction

Auction Layout

Clocks: Auckland has two clocks; Wellington and Christchurch have one.
Live / Future / History: Access live auctions, preview upcoming stock, and review your purchases.
Credit limits: Weekly credit is displayed in your account.

Glossary Highlights

Trolley/Line: Identifies the product up for auction.
Grower: Who supplied the product.
Metric: Stem length, bud count, or weight per bunch.
Grade: Quality (1 or 2).
Bundles/Buckets: Number of units × stems per unit.
Last Price: The most recent sale price.

Pre-Auction Tools

Only pre-sale is available from 7pm the night before until 15 minutes before the auction starts.

Future Bids: Enter your auction bid at your desired price and quantity in advance (before auction takes place).
Bid Match: Automatically matches the highest existing bid when the auction takes place.
Buy Now: Secure product instantly at a grower’s set price (up to 50% of total stock available).
Watchlist: Track specific trolleys and growers.
