Buyer Support Hub
Any business that sells flowers.
You’ll need to complete a buyer registration form (https://georgiabrodie3.wixsite.com/united-flower-grower/register)with your business details. Once approved, you’ll receive an account number and login details to access the Cloud Auction.
Visit your local branch's Cloud Auction link (Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch) and log in using your account number (username) and password. Access the platforms here: Auckland: aucklandcloud.ufg.co.nz/live, Wellington: wellingtoncloud.ufg.co.nz/live, Christchurch: christchurchcloud.ufg.co.nz/live.
If the auction clock isn't displaying, try zooming out (Ctrl – on Windows or ⌘ – on Mac). Reset to 100% with Ctrl/⌘ 0.
Yes. You’ll see a simplified digital clock view. You can also add the auction to your home screen for quick access.
If you lose internet connection during an auction, you might miss some bidding opportunities. To avoid this, ensure a stable connection and consider having a hotspot backup ready.
We use the Dutch Clock system. Prices start high and drop in increments of 5 cents until a buyer clicks to secure the product.
The first bid wins at the price shown when the bid is placed.
Yes, you can! With our Pre-Auction feature, you can submit bids early, match existing offers, or secure your desired flowers instantly using the 'Buy Now' option.
Growers set a fixed price on their products the night before the auction. This means you can purchase those flowers instantly no bidding required.
The “Buy Now” option is available right up until 15 minutes before the auction starts, giving you the chance to secure what you need early and skip the competition.
If someone outbids your future bid, you'll receive an email notification.
Yes you can buy the whole trolley, the balance of what's left or by bucket or bundle.
All purchases are direct debited to your UFG buyer account within 7 days.

Yes. The History tab shows your live spend, quantities purchased, and total cost. You can also export this as a CSV or PDF.
You can courier your order through the help of the logistics team at every branch or products can be collected.
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Reach out to your local branch team to explore delivery options.
If your flowers arrive damaged, please complete the online credit form within 12 hours of receiving the product. This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

There is no membership fee, but there is a one off $50 charge to run a credit check.
Yes, buyers are welcome at our Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch markets. Check branch hours for access.
