Any business that sells flowers.
You’ll need to complete a buyer registration form with your business details. Once approved, you’ll receive an account number and login details to access the Cloud Auction.
Go to your local branch Cloud Auction link (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch) and enter your account number (username) and password.

Yes. You’ll see a simplified digital clock view. You can also add the auction to your home screen for quick access.
You may temporarily miss bidding opportunities. We recommend ensuring a stable internet connection and using a hotspot backup if needed.
We use the Dutch Clock system. Prices start high and drop in increments of 5 cents until a buyer clicks to secure the product.
The first bid wins at the price shown when the bid is placed.
Absolutely!
Get ahead of the crowd with our Pre-Auction feature. You can enter your bids early, match existing offers, or even lock in the flowers you want instantly using “Buy Now.”
Growers set a fixed price on their products the night before the auction. This means you can purchase those flowers instantly no bidding required.
The “Buy Now” option is available right up until 15 minutes before the auction starts, giving you the chance to secure what you need early and skip the competition.
Buyers will be notified by email if someone places a future bid higher than theirs
Yes you can buy the whole trolley, the balance of what's left or by bucket or bundle.
All purchases are Direct Debited within 7 days of purchase to your UFG buyer account.
You won’t be able to purchase until your account is up to date. Contact admin@ufg.co.nz for assistance.
Yes. The History tab shows your live spend, quantities purchased, and total cost. You can also export this as a CSV or PDF.
You can courier your order through the help of the logistics team at every branch or products can be collected.
Yes, we can arrange transport. Contact your local branch team to discuss delivery options.
Please use the online credit form within 12 hours of recieving product so we can investigate and resolve the issue immediately.

There is no membership fee, but there is a one off $50 charge to run a credit check.
