Any flower or foliage grower in New Zealand can apply. UFG works with growers nationwide to sell their products through our auction or wholesale direct platforms.
You’ll need to register via the UFG Member Portal or contact admin@ufg.co.nz or your local branch manager. Once approved, you’ll receive access to the Grower Online Booking (GOB) system

Log in to the Member Portal and open the Grower Online Booking (GOB) system - your one-stop shop for getting blooms to market.
Here you can easily create new consignments, clone previous ones, reorder popular lines, and upload your product details in just a few clicks. It’s the fastest way to showcase your flowers to buyers nationwide.
Yes, you can manage consignments online – edit, send, cancel, or print them. All changes are synchronised with UFG via AS4 protocol
You must select auction site/date, product, grade (1 or 2), delivery type, and stem/bundle details. All mandatory fields must be completed before submission
Yes absolutely!
You can sell up to 50% of a line can be made available for “Buy Now” pre-sale at least 15% above your expected price. Pre-sales open at 7pm the night before an auction and close 15 minutes before the auction starts
Yes, you can import consignment lines using a template. Product codes must match UFG’s database exactly, or errors will appear

Yes, UFG operates a Hire Equipment system for trolleys, buckets, and extensions to make it easy to store your produce.
Usage fees and refundable deposits apply, as detailed in the Supplier Tariff Schedule.
No. Hire equipment may only be used for trading through UFG and must be returned in good condition
