Courier or Collection

UFG dispatches from branch to buyer via trusted courier or freight partners.

For large or bulk orders, special transport may be arranged (chilled, palletised, etc).
Collection

Buyers may collect items in person approximately 1 hour after the auction closes at 7.30am.

Collection parking is clearly marked at each branch; please bring your buyer code and consignment details to speed up processing.
For Growers
Product Booking

Grower product needs to be booked in online and we recommend by 6pm the night before auction so buyers can see its coming.

All consignments must be clearly labelled with grower details so the branch can process quickly and correctly.
Deliver To Branch

Product can be delivered no more than 24 hours before auction but no less than 3 hours before auction.

Drop-off parking is clearly marked at each branch; please bring your grower code and consignment details to speed up processing.

If using couriers we reccomend suitable or chilled transport to prevent damage during transit.
