5. Virtual & Online Auctions

  • The UFG Virtual Wholesale platform allows registered users to participate in live auctions remotely.

  • By using the online platform, you acknowledge that technical issues (such as connectivity, delays, or errors) may occur. UFG is not responsible for any losses arising from such issues.

  • All bids placed online carry the same binding commitment as bids made in person.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology and internet access to participate.

  • UFG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw online auction services without notice if required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

6. Product Availability and Quality

  • Flowers and plants are perishable products and subject to availability.

  • While UFG works to ensure accurate descriptions, images and details are illustrative only and may vary from the actual product.

  • UFG does not guarantee availability of specific products at all times.
